PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the enlargement of the total length of a motorcycle by mounting a cooler in a narrow space between a cylinder head and a rear wheel, in the motorcycle wherein the engine having a forward-inclined cylinder block is mounted at a lower part of a main frame member extended backward and downward from a head pipe of a body frame, and an intake system connected with the cylinder head is extended to an upper and front part of the engine. SOLUTION: The engine E having the forward-inclined cylinder block 29 is mounted at the lower part of the main frame member 11 extended backward and downward from the head pipe 10 of the body frame F, the intake systems 6, 7, 41 connected with the cylinder head 40 joined to the cylinder block 29 are extended to the upper and front part of the engine E, a carburetor 6 in the intake system 6, 7, 41 is mounted at the upper and front part of the cylinder head 40, and the cooler 8 is mounted in a state that its upper end part is faced between the cylinder head 40 and an intake quantity control device 6 with backward and upward-inclined attitude.
