PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing confectionery mixed with soybean curd refuse for wiping out roughness peculiar to soybean curd refuse and bringing soft feeling on the tongue at the time of adding to confectionery (e.g. sweets, rice cracker, rice cake, and bread) so as to effectively utilize soybean curd refuse to be waste. SOLUTION: This method for producing the confectionery mixed with soybean curd refuse comprises melting soybean curd refuse and devil's tongue in water, coagulating the product with an alkali followed by grinding down, adding dough flour such as wheat flour and additives such as sweetner, a swelling agent and spices, and heat-treating the product.
