PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk device capable of securing a stable electric contact of sliding members to be slid due to that a tray is taken in/out with a housing, and to provide an electronic device equipped with the disk device. SOLUTION: The disk device 1 is provided with: the conductive housing 2; a loading part formed inside the housing 2; the tray 3 which has a placing part of a disk medium and is taken in and out to/from the loading part; guide rails 5 and 6 which are disposed in the loading part and guide the taking in/out operation of the tray 3; conductive sliding members 7 and 8 which are interposed between the guide rails 5 and 6 and can freely slide in the taking in/out direction of the tray 3 to/from both rails; and conductive members 10 and 11 which are fixed to the cabinet 2 in a face contact and are elastically brought into contact with the sliding members 7 and 8.
