PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily, quickly and accurately perform maintenance work such as modifying, adding and deleting data in a terminal management device (server) to unify the management of data and application programs sent to terminals. SOLUTION: A terminal device comprises a communication means for communication with the terminal management device; an information browsing means for browsing information stored in the terminal management device; a display means for displaying the information browsed; an input means for inputting data; and a selection means for selecting necessary data from the information displayed in the display means and stored in the terminal management device. The information browsing means obtains via the communication means the information stored in the terminal management device, displays it in the display means, and uploads the data inputted by the input means or selected by the selection means into the terminal management device according to the information displayed in the display means.
