PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To analyze the cause of a problem where a differential amount in a money changer machine does not match a sales figure. SOLUTION: A merchandise sales processor outputs change data to the money changer machine for storing money by money kind and automatically dispensing change, based on change data. The apparatus acquires a sales figure C in a transaction and the differential amount G in the money changer machine 2 occurred in the transaction (steps S4, S10), decides if the acquired sales figure matches the acquired differential amount (step S11), and relates the decision result to transaction specifying information for specifying the transaction, so as to store them in a storage part (step S13).
