PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new Azakiri map (public chart) which can be superposed on an actually measured map, and a method and system for generating the same. SOLUTION: Disclosed are the new Azakiri map, formed by deforming a colored Azakiri map which is still used now as a ledger for address collation into such a shape that the map can be superposed on the actually measured current map, and the creating method and creation system therefor.
