PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display apparatus for vehicle instrument capable of producing displays having stereoscopic effect, by suppressing decrease in luminance. SOLUTION: The display apparatus of the instrument for a vehicle equipped with a display board 2 which digitally indicates traveling information or the like of a vehicle is equipped with a plurality of light guide members 31, having a segment display part 3a in the shape of segments mutually segmented on the display board 2, and a plurality of light sources 5, each of which can independently irradiate the segment display part 3a with light.
