ORGANISM OPTICAL MEASURING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the time of mounting an optical fiber to be used for measurements to a subject on an organism optical measuring apparatus for measuring the concentration of metabolites of an organism or their concentration changes through the use of light. SOLUTION: An arm attached to an organism optical measuring apparatus body is provided with a fixture for probes for a preparatory work. The fixture simulates the shape of a head part of the subject and has a variable shape, the probes are mounted onto the fixture, and optical fibers are connected to the probes. Since it is possible to perform the work of adjusting the probes prior to restraining the subject, it is possible to shorten the restraining time of the subject for measurements and improve the operating rate of the organism optical measuring apparatus.
