PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To intercept the outflow of gas from a gas cylinder in the case of a fire. SOLUTION: A cylinder 51 including a glass tank 51a filled with liquified gas 6 which is easy to vaporize (which has a low boiling point), is located at an exhaust nozzle 31. When the temperature in the vicinity of the exhaust nozzle 31 is increased by a fire, the liquified gas 6 vaporizes so that the glass tank 51 is broken. As a result, a piston 52 in the cylinder 51 is displaced.
