PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the vibration of a roller by utilizing the antiresonance of a vibrating system including a spring in a wide range of number of revolutions. SOLUTION: A fly wheel 4 is interlocked with a crank shaft 3 through a transmission mechanism 9 composed of a planetary gear mechanism. The fly wheel 4 is formed by connecting a plate part 7 and a mass part 6 of an outer peripheral part through a coil spring 8 as the vibrating system including the spring, and is rotated with speed-up in the direction opposite to the rotation of the crank shaft 3. The vibration of the roller can be controlled by making the antiresonant frequency be agreed with rotation basic order in idling. A rotating speed ratioρis changed by moving a planetary carrier 13 of the planetary gear mechanism in a vibrating manner in the rotating direction by a motor 14, even when an idling rotating speed is changed, whereby the antiresonant frequency corresponding to a coefficient of variation of the rotating speed of the crank shaft 3 can be obtained, and the vibration reducing effect can be achieved.
