PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a patch using a new support, in the patch in which a property following to the skin and a skin-bonding property of conventional patches are maintained and operability in the case when the patch is attached is improved. SOLUTION: This patch is obtained by laminating a polyurethane film 2 to one side of a flexible polyurethane foam 1 having stretchability to form the support, forming a paste layer (containing a cataplasm material 3) on the flexible polyurethane foam surface and further laminating a liner film (a polyester film 4) for release to this surface.
