PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust height according to a container 30 without replacing a spreader 74. SOLUTION: A filling liquid channel 50 is formed in a valve housing 48 and is opened and closed by a liquid valve 54. A gas channel 70 is formed in the inside of a rod 52 formed with the valve 54. A vent tube 72 is connected to the channel 70 and extends toward the lower part of the valve 54. A spreader 74 is mounted on the tube 72, and in filling, the spreader 74 is inserted in a container 30. The housing 48 is mounted on a rotary table 10 which goes up and down by a lifting motor 14. A lifting member 76 with a bottle mouth packing 79 is movably fitted on the outer periphery of the housing 48 and is energized downward by a weak spring 80. A pressure receiving part 76b is formed on the bottom inside face of the member 76, and in filling, the packing 79 is pressure-welded on the mouth of the container 30 with gas pressure.
