PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filling device of liquidized resin to a syringe capable of preventing liquidized resin with magnetic substance mixed therein from being filled in the syringe in advance when filling liquidized resin such as liquidized sealing resin to be used in sealing a semiconductor package. SOLUTION: The filling device of liquidized resin for a syringe has an injection nozzle 7 to fill liquidized resin to be fed from a liquidized resin stock tank 5 into the syringe 3, and a liquidized resin flow passage 14 with a discharge port 8 as a terminating end is formed of a transfer hose 11 and the injection nozzle 7. Because a magnetic substance detection means to detect magnetic substance in liquidized resin passing through the liquidized resin flow passage 14 is provided, mixing of the magnetic substance in the liquid-form resin can be discovered before the syringe is filled with the liquidized resin with the magnetic substance mixed therein, and filling with the liquidized resin with the magnetic substance mixed therein can be prevented in advance.
