PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pouch container, which securely prevents the deformation of the container, such as the folding of a spout or the like, at low cost. SOLUTION: The pouch container comprises a container body 10, which is a bag-shaped flexible sheet consisting of a base material layer and a sealant layer, made of a thermal adhesive resin, formed on the inner surface of the base layer, and has the spout for pouring out a content. The container also includes an adhesive sheet 20 glued to the spout of the container body 10. The container body 10 is composed of a pair of front/back outer packaging sheets 11 and a gusset sheet 12, which is folded inward from the lower ends of both outer packaging sheets 11 to form a bottom gusset. The adhesive sheet 20 consists of a sheet base material 21 made of a plastic film, and an adhesive layer formed on the back of the sheet base material 21.
