PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switching amplifier equipped with an LPF having improved LPF characteristics for supplying only a low-frequency component signal having a small amount of high-frequency noise to a load. SOLUTION: The switching amplifier comprises a half-bridge type switching amplifier 10, a first converter 20 for generating an in-phase signal (a) and a reverse-phase signal (b) in a PWM signal, a half-bridge type switching amplifier 30, a first converter 40 for generating an in-phase signal a1 and a reverse-phase signal b1 in the PWM signal, and an LPF 60. The LPF comprises a first LPF consisting of a coil L1 of an electromagnetically-coupled transformer 61 of the LPF 60 and a capacitor C1, and a second LPF consisting of a coil L2 and a capacitor C2. A high-frequency component is removed from the output signal of the half-bridge type switching amplifiers 10, 30, and only the low-frequency component is supplied to a load Rl.
