The machine center can be equipped with specific processing tools as required, each fitted with its special shavings deflector. The circular saw module (10) has a protection cover (13) partly enveloping the saw-blade (12) and made of a plane upper and lower segment (14) with a bridge area (15) between them. The cover (13) comprises a suction duct serving as a shavings removal facility. The cover (13) is joined to the axle (11) of the saw module (10) and can be locked with complimentary elements (21) located at the cover (13) and at the machine.
