<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a further pharmaceutical compositions keeping therapeutical effectiveness thereby, improving stability of polypeptide ingredients and containing a physiologically conforming stabilizer. <P>SOLUTION: The stabilized liquid polypeptide-containing pharmaceutical composition contains followings: interleukin-2 (IL-2) or a modified body thereof as a remedially active ingredient which forms aggregate in storage thereof; an amino acid base of sufficient amount for decreasing aggregate formation of the IL-2 or the modified body thereof in storage of the compound, wherein the amino acid base comprises at least one amino acid selected from the group consisting of arginine, lysine, aspartic acid and glutamic acid; and a buffer agent which is selected from the group consisting of acids substantially containing no acid of a salt form, acids of a salt form thereof and mixtures of the acids and salts thereof. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
