<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lithographic printing forme original having high sensitivity and giving high printing durability, and to provide a manufacturing method of a lithographic printing forme using the same. <P>SOLUTION: The lithographic printing forme original has on a support an image recording layer containing a colorant having absorption in a range of 700-1,200 nm, a compound represented by the formula (1): R<SP>1</SP>-CX<SB>2</SB>-(C=O)-R<SP>2</SP>and a compound containing a polymerizable ethylenic double bond. In the formula, R<SP>1</SP>represents an H, Br, and Cl atom, and an alkyl, aryl, acyl, alkylsulfonyl, arylsulfonyl, iminosulfonyl or cyano group; R<SP>2</SP>represents an H atom or a monovalent organic substituent, R<SP>1</SP>and R<SP>2</SP>may bond to each other to form a ring; and X represents a Br atom or a Cl atom. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
