PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide fluoroscopic images with less distortion in real time by an X-ray CT (computerized tomography) apparatus. SOLUTION: In the X-ray CT apparatus, an X-ray tube 2 and an X-ray detector 4 having two or more columns of X-ray detection elements of a plurality of channels arrayed in a columnar shape are arranged facing each other by holding an examinee body P therebetween and an X-ray dose transmitted through the examinee body of X-rays emitted from the periphery of the examinee body is measured as projection data. The X-ray CT apparatus is provided with a fluoroscopic image generation means for generating X-ray images of a plane So orthogonal to an X-ray path transmitted through the examinee body on the basis of the detection signals of the X-ray detector. Thus, in addition to original tomographic image acquisition, planar fluoroscopic images with less distortion are acquired in real time. As a result, it can largely contribute to the support of an operation without installing two kinds of large-sized medical image diagnostic devices in an operation room where a space is limited, or the like.
