PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cement composite material which is obtained by molding a cement-containing W/O emulsion composition comprising cement, water, an oily substance and an emulsifier, is excellent in freeze damage resistance and bending strength and is especially suitably used as a facing material. SOLUTION: The cement composite material is obtained by molding the cement-containing W/O emulsion composition comprising cement, water, the oily substance and the emulsifier. Here, a reinforced fiber subjected to water-repellent treatment is mixed into the cement-containing W/O emulsion. This enables incorporation of the reinforced fiber into the cement-containing W/O emulsion composition and prevents a W/O emulsion structure in the cement-containing W/O emulsion composition from being destroyed by water absorption of the reinforced fiber.
