PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a group contact network system for acting like a service provider as an advertisement enterprise and providing a service to inform designated apparatuses of registered memberships about messages in place of a contact network constituted of telephones, the designated apparatuses being telephones, facsimile machines, portable telephones, Internet terminals, and personal computers (PCs) or the like. SOLUTION: A method for eliminating defects on message notice in a plurality of groups using telephones is realized as the service provider acting like the advertisement enterprise.
