RESISTIVE ELEMENT, ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD, AND THERMISTOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resistive element equipped with an electric resistor excellent in stability and to provide a method of manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: The resistive element is equipped with an electric resistor which is formed of a carbon nanotube structure layer 14 constituting a reticulate structure where carbon nanotubes are mutually crosslinked together and provided on the surface of a board 12. A method of manufacturing the resistive element comprises an application process of applying a solution containing carbon nanotubes with functional groups on the surface of the board 12, and a crosslinking process of hardening the applied solution to form the carbon nanotube structure layer 14 which is used as an electric resistor and constitutes a reticulate structure where the carbon nanotubes are mutually crosslinked together.
