PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an incorrect information identification device or the like, which can easily and quickly grasp whether positional information from a positioning positional information satellite is inputted, as incorrect information, or not. SOLUTION: The incorrect information identification device 200 includes a provisional positioning position calculation means 205 for calculating a provisional positioning position on the basis of the positional information, an artificial satellite positional information storage means 207, an estimated distance calculation means 208 for calculating the estimated distance between the provisional positioning position and the artificial satellite positional information, an artificial satellite signal acquisition means 230, a measured distance calculation means 208 for calculating the measured distance between the artificial satellite and the positioning position, an error calculation means 208 for calculating inter-distance error information between the estimated distance and the measured distance, and an incorrect information identification means for determining whether the incorrect information is received from the positioning information satellite or not.
