PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem in a conventional steel curb commonly used as a drainage gutter wherein if a guard post is installed on the steel curb commonly used as the drainage gutter, a cover part as a curb part cannot be opened and closed and its replacement is made impossible even if the cover part is broken. SOLUTION: This steel curb commonly used as the drainage gutter comprises the cover part formed of a water collecting surface, a tire pivotally supporting surface, and an upper surface plate, a water flowing part formed by using both end sides of a rear surface plate as connection tolerances of a guard post fixing part, having a front surface plate, a bottom surface plate, and the rear surface plate of such dimensions that the length of the guard posit fixing part equivalent to the connection tolerances is increase more than the dimension of the cover part, and having a cover part receiving part mounted on the upper sides of the front surface plate and the rear surface plate, and the guard post fixing part having the rear surface plate of such a size that is connected to the connection tolerance of the rear surface plate of the water flowing part and the connection tolerance of the rear surface plate of the adjacent another unit and having the other parts formed approximately flush with the cover part.
