PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new composition used for forming a urethane elastomer that is for composing a sheet-shaped molding and that causes no yellowing or hardly causes yellowing. SOLUTION: A one-component cure type elastomer-forming composition is provided, which is formed by mixing (A) a first blocked isocyanate (A1) obtained by blocking with a blocking agent the terminal isocyanate group of an adduct isocyanate (a1) obtained by reacting a non-aromatic isocyanate and a compound with a mol.wt. of <500 containing an active hydrogen group, having a latent isocyanate group content of 5-25 mass%, and having an average number of functional groups of 2-3; a second blocked isocyanate (A2) obtained by blocking with a blocking agent the isocyanate group of a polyisocyanate-modified product (a2) containing urethodione dimer in a ratio of≥20 mass%; and (B) a compound containing an active hydrogen group and having a number average mol.wt. of 250-12,000.
