PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight and highly rigid polyolefin composite resin through markedly improving dispersibility in compounding a polyolefin resin with a silane-treated organized phyllosilicate obtained by silane treatment of an organized phyllosilicate. SOLUTION: The polyolefin composite resin comprises (A) the organized phyllosilicate crystal edge face-treated with a silane compound having 1-3 alkyl substituent(s), (B) a polyolefin resin and (C) a polar group-containing polyolefin.
