PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a taster has a possibility of choking or at worst throwing up a drink because the taster has to take a specific way of drinking required for tasting. SOLUTION: The tasting cup has a groove extending from the portion above the portion brought into contact with the lower lip at the time of drinking, reaching the portion below the portion brought into contact with the lower lip at the time of drinking in the upper portion of the cup and large enough to allow air to pass through, a hollow part from a hole large enough to allow air to pass to a hole below the portion brought into contact with the lower lip at the time of drinking or a pipe large enough to allow air to pass.
