PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surgical X-ray system where dirt such as blood and a physiological salt solution stuck to the outer surface of the system can easily be wiped off after using the system. SOLUTION: The outer surfaces (coated surface 2b) of respective machine parts such as an X-ray tube device 1, I.I.3, a TV camera 4, a holding C arm 6 are coated with a water repellent layer 2c with a water repellent function. At both of the ends of the holding C arm 6, the X-ray tube device 1 is fitted, and the I.I.3 and the TV camera 4 are fitted opposing to it to be set across an operation table mounting a patient. During a surgical operation, a liquid such as the blood and physiological salt solution is spilled or scattered to the surface of the cover 2, the holding C arm 6, the I.I.3 or the like. Then, it is repelled or stuck to be dirty. After the finish of the surgical operation, an outer surface is wiped off with alcohol to prepare for the next use. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
