<p>A foam molding method and a foam molding mold capable of efficiently molding a foam molded product with excellent outer surface accuracy. A plurality of gas blowing devices (24) having valve boxes (25), gas flow passages (26), valve elements (27), and gas inflow amount restricting valves (28) are installed on the bottom face of the cavity (23) of a drag (22). Gas is supplied from a common pump to the gas flow passages (26) of the gas blowing devices (24). The valve elements (27) vertically move so as to open and close the cavity (23) side openings of the gas flow passages (26). When the gas is supplied to the gas flow passages (26), the valve elements (27) are moved upward by the pressure of the gas to press the molded product (34). The valves (28) move upward together with the valve elements (27), and sit on valve seat parts (31) in the gas flow passages (26) to restrict the inflow of the gas into the gas flow passages (26). Since vent holes (32) are formed in the valves (28), the gas successively flows into the gas flow passages (26) though the inflow amount of the gas is decreased.</p> |
