PACKAGING EQUIPMENT OF ELECTRONIC COMPONENT, ITS ARRANGEMENT HOLDER, AND VACUUM CHUCK

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide packaging equipment of an electronic component for packaging at a low cost by enhancing packaging quality in a high function in a highly dense electronic circuit, and also to provide its arrangement holder and a vacuum chuck.

SOLUTION: The equipment is composed of: a packaging unit 8 mounting and holding a circuit board 9 forming the electronic circuit movably; the arrangement jig 1 of the movable electronic component so as to previously set a plurality of the electronic components for forming the electronic circuit on one face of the circuit board 9 at a prescribed position of the circuit board 9, and the movable vacuum chuck 5 mounted and packaged on the circuit board 9 by collectively sucking them in the state where the above arranged electronic components are arranged as they are.
