PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the description amount of a location information conversion condition in the description of the location information conversion condition of a location information provisioning device. SOLUTION: A location information provisioning device is composed of a location information input function 11 acquiring location information, an area deciding function 12 associating the area of the location information acquired based on a prescribed decision reference, an output determining function 13 determining a conversion method by comparing the location information associated with the area with conversion method data corresponding to the area stored in an input/output condition management function 14, a location information conversion processing function 15 converting the location information by the conversion method determined, and a location information output function outputting the converted location information to a location information user.
