PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic light-emitting display device which is hardly restricted by a field angle and a manufacturing method for the device. SOLUTION: The device comprises a substrate, an electrode layer formed on the substrate, an organic light-emitting structure layer formed on the electrode layer, a transparent conductive layer formed at an upper part of the structure layer, a distribution black reflective layer formed on an upper part of the conductive layer and a light dispersion layer formed on the upper part of the reflective layer. The device can be manufactured by forming the light dispersion layer of which the surface is formed with a plurality of small protrusions on the reflective layer by using, for example, a spatter vapor deposition method. Otherwise, the device can be manufactured by coexisting fine particles in the light dispersion layer formed of a polymer material. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
