PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect dispersion of parameters of heating elements to change an application voltage to each heating element according to the dispersion; and to replace the heating element without adjustment of the body side by unitizing a detection means with the individual heating element. SOLUTION: In this heating device using the heating elements for generating heat by applying voltages to them, the dispersion of parameters of the heating elements due to individual difference is compensated to always provide rated power even for the heating element having any parameter in the dispersion range.
