PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve utilization efficiency of a battery, to extend a life by preventing an over charge even if the battery repeats its charge and discharge, and additionally to make a battery residual quantity accurately predictable, relating to the battery unit and the arrangement utilizing it. SOLUTION: The arrangement is constituted by providing a plurality of battery cells connected in series, an over-discharge preventing circuit of the battery cell, a circuit which outputs at least one of minimum voltage and maximum voltage of the voltages of the battery cell, and a breaker circuit which cuts off an output to the outside of the summation voltage of voltage of the battery cell, when at least one voltage of the battery cell is increased to the reference voltage or larger.
