PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a preparation device for a blood sampling tube wherein many blood sampling tube storing sections can be disposed by reducing the volume occupied by each of the blood sampling tube storing sections. SOLUTION: The preparation device for the blood sampling tube having the two or more blood sampling tube storing sections is equipped with a transporting means which transports the blood sampling tubes removed from the blood sampling tube storing sections based on the blood sampling order information by a doctor to a label printing/plastering means, the label printing/plastering means which prints the transported blood sampling information on a label and plasters the same on the blood sampling tubes, and an outlet means which stores the blood sampling tubes plastered with the labels in a blood sampling tube recovery section for each patient. Also in the preparation device for the blood sampling tube, it is constituted that the above transporting means is disposed almost vertically, a conveyer is disposed at each of the blood sampling tube storing sections to transport the blood sampling tubes to the above transporting means, and the blood sampling tubes are laid orthogonally to a longitudinal direction of the conveyer and stored on the conveyer. All the blood sampling tube storing sections are superimposed and disposed almost horizontally so that the conveyers intersect at right angles to the above transporting means and a large number of the blood sampling tube storing sections are installed.
