PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning unit capable of effectively utilizing wind force energy of air flowing in air conditioning facilities in a building, a factory or the like and recovering it as electric power. SOLUTION: This air conditioning unit is provided with (a) a casing 1 in which an air return duct 7 and an external air duct 8 are communicated with an air suction side and an air supply duct 9 passes through on an air exhaust side, (b) an air filter 2 arranged to partition the air suction side and the air exhaust side in the casing 1 from each other, (c) a blower 3 arranged on the air exhaust side in the casing 1 and communicating with the air supply duct 9, (d) a heating and cooling coil 4 and a steam spray 5 arranged between the air filter 2 and the blower 3 in the casing 1, and (e) a wind power generator 6 having a wind mill 10 and a generator 11 on the air suction side in the casing 1.
