PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To connect a plurality of members 1 and 2 to be fastened with one connecting bolt 14, preventing turning of the members 1 and 2 to be fastened in relation to each other, at low cost. SOLUTION: The members 1 and 2 to be fastened are provided with square through holes 10 and 11. A turn-stopper 12 is fitted in the through holes 10 and 11, and the connection bolt 14 is passed through the turn-stopper 12. Since the periphery of the turn-stopper 12 is formed into a square shape, the turn-stopper 12 is engaged to hinder the turn thereof in relation to the through holes 10 and 11.
