PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular battery tray supporting structure capable of simplifying the structure, mounting a battery thereon, and enhancing the strength, rigidity or the like of a vehicle body by solving problems on a complicated structure and a simple function of mounting the battery. SOLUTION: In a vehicle 10 having a battery tray 52 to mount a battery 51 on a vehicle body 11, a mount case 55 of an engine mount 54 to mount an engine 53 on the vehicle body 11, a damper housing 45 to store a front suspension 56 in the vehicle body 11, and an upper cross member 37 stretched over an upper part of a tip of the vehicle body 11, the battery tray 52 is respectively supported by the mount case 55, a damper housing 45, and the upper cross member 37.
