PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-wheel motor capable of efficiently cooling a lubricant. SOLUTION: A wheel disc 10 builds in oil passages 161-163, 181, 182 and a heat exchange part 170. The oil passages 161-163 are connected to an oil passage 150 through an input port 151, and the oil passages 181, 182 are connected to an oil passage 190 through an output port 152. A cover 180 is fixed to the wheel disc 10 by screws 4, 5 so as to cover the heat exchange part 170. A space 170A between the heat exchange part 170 and the cover 180 is connected to the oil passages 161-163, 181, 182. The oil stored in an oil reservoir 130 is fed to the space 170A through the oil passages 140, 150, the input port 151 and the oil passages 161-163, cooled by heat-exchanging with the heat exchange part 170, and further, fed to a motor 60 or the like.
