The invention relates to a method for isolating metal cofactors out from biological-organic systems involving the use of preparative native continuous polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (PNC-PAGE). The invention is characterized in that an acrylamide gel with a total monomer proportion of 4 % (w/v) is used, an electrophoresis buffer having a pH value of 10.00 is used, and 0.5 µl TEMED/ml gel and 5µl APS/ml gel are used, whereby the gel is completely polymerized over a period of time of 69 hours. |
