<p>A method for coating molded resin products is provided to have excellent water resistance, which recycles FRP waste materials simply and effectively and is used in floor materials or wall materials of bathroom. The method for coating molded resin products comprises the steps of: mixing and melting the mixture to be molded in a predetermined shape, wherein the mixture contains cellulose-based powder from wood, resin powder, and FRP powder obtained from FRP waste materials; carrying out a UV-coating treatment on the surface of the molded resin product; making its surface rough; and carrying out a UV-coating treatment on the surface again. The molded resin product has a membrane thickness of 30-60 micrometer by the 1st coating and a membrane thickness of 10-30 micrometer by the 2nd coating. The surface of the molded resin product is treated with silane and oxidized by a flame treatment, before the UV coating treatment.</p> |
