UNDERWATER RIPRAP TAMPING FORM OF CONSTRUCTION WORK AND THE DEVICE

An underwater riprap compaction and leveling construction method and a device thereof are provided to execute compaction and leveling of the top surface of a riprap foundation simultaneously precisely by utilizing an SCP(Sand-Compaction) vessel. An underwater riprap compaction and leveling construction device comprises pillars(12) vertically set up in front of a hull(10); a vibro-hammer(14) suspended to the upper ends of the pillars protruded forward; a steel pipe(16) vertically connected to the lower part of the vibro-hammer; a tamper(18) combined to the lower end of the steel pipe to compact an underwater riprap foundation; a draft detection device(20) installed to the hull to lower the vibro-hammer and to sense vertical movement of the hull by a change of a gravity center of the hull varied as the tamper comes in contact with the riprap under water; a tamper travel measurement device(30); and a control part(50) receiving the information detected and sent from a water level measurement device(40) and the exact compaction position information of the tamper by a GPS(Global Positioning System) and comparing and processing the information.
