A supporting member, a back light assembly and an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) device are provided to enhance display quality of the LCD device by constantly maintaining a distance spaced between a plurality of lamps and a diffusing member. A supporting member includes a base substrate(221), a plurality of lamp clips(222a,222b), a supporting part(223) and a plurality of fixing clips(224a,224b). Each of the lamp clips has a shape protruding toward an upper side of the base substrate and secures a lamp(210) for emitting light. The supporting part has a shape protruding toward an upper side of the base substrate and supports a diffusing member(230) for diffusing and emitting the light from the lamp. Each of the fixing clips has a shape protruding toward a lower side of the base substrate and is coupled to a container(280) for containing the lamp.
