A mobile telephone (MT) (10) is signed on to an MT network (20), which stores a first text-based message (FTBM) (15) for making an inquiry of an Internet-based application (IBA) (80) stored in a Web server's (70) memory (75). A user picks up the FTBM, from which a keyword is extracted. A first inquiry is generated corresponding to the keyword and sent to the IBA assigned to the keyword.
