Circuit support

A strip conductor is a metal grid (30) on an electrically insulating adhesive layer (20). A support substrate is metallic, e.g. copper, and acts as a heat sink. The metal grid is polished before the adhesive layer hardens and straightened before soldering on a component (50). An independent claim is also included for a method for producing an electronic circuit.
