TOOTHBRUSH OF A HAND OPERATION TYPE

A manually operated rotary toothbrush is provided to brush teeth vertically and easily by rotating turning portion on which toothbrush bristles are installed. The manually operated rotary toothbrush includes a handle(22) gripped by a palm; and a turning portion(24) on which toothbrush bristles are installed rotated by a thumb and an index finger. In the turning portion, a rotary shaft(26) rotating with itself inserted into the handle(22) is fixed. A springback part(30) having a double torsion spring which returns to the center of the rotary shaft(26) when the turning portion is rotated is combined with the rotary shaft to brush teeth vertically and easily.
