A diet based on a conditioned reflex is provided to first cure the mind using proper stimuli through the sense of sight and then cure the body using image training based on the conditioned reflex and the sense of smell. An aroma therapy based on the sense of smell is helpful to obtain emotional stability, thereby exactly and quickly enabling a conditioned reflex. Positive and negative stimuli through the sense of sight are stored in the cerebrum for a longer time to maximize the conditioned reflex. The aroma therapy based on the sense of smell, the learning through the sense of sight, and the conditioned reflex enable effective diet through image training. To this end, a user learns an image through an image medium and inhales aroma one or two times from a point of an image material while obtaining emotional stability through the aroma therapy. The user again inhales the aroma in a daily life, thereby remembering the image of the conditioned reflex.
