A one time recordable optical disc and a disc management information recording method are provided to effectively record and manage disc management information by defining a new SRR(Sequential Recording Range Information) sort and a session kind. The method comprises a step of separating SRR information into a header, an SRR entry list, and a terminator in recording the SRR information for notifying a disc recording status. The header makes the SRR information recognizable. The SRR entry list includes SRR sort information for identifying an SRR status. The terminator expresses a termination of the SRR information. The SRR entry list records one SRR entry corresponding to one SRR. The SRR sort information is recorded in each SRR entry.
