Porcelain products having an integrated double structure are provided to emit far-infrared rays, have hot hardness, good resistance to oxidation and corrosion, a deodorant ability, an antimicrobial action and be used in storing food. The porcelain composition consists of 30-50wt% of clay, 5-20wt% of kaolin, 8-28wt% of pottery stone powder, 5-20wt% of feldspar powder, 5-15wt% of talc powder, 5-20wt% of wood meal and 15-25wt% of water. The porcelain having an integrated double structure is manufactured by the steps of: molding(30) the porcelain mixture into a predetermined shape to be dried(40); and calcining(50) it at 900-1200deg.C for 12-14 hours to form a decolored surface hardening layer. In the calcination step(50), reducing flame without oxygen is supplied till the temperature reaches to 900-1150deg.C. Oxygen is supplied at the range of 1150-1200deg.C for 1-2hours to calcine the ceramic using neutral flame and oxidizing flame.
