A window system for an unmanned postal matter delivery service applying a fingerprint recognition method is provided to enable a customer to directly receive diverse postal matters by using fingerprint recognition, and increase customer's convenience by offering a locker and a refrigeration box at a predetermined charge. To store the arrived postal matter in the locker, postal matter information is stored in a main PC(12) by scanning the postal matter with a barcode reader. The SMS(Short Message Service) for informing the customer of the arrival of the postal matter is sent. An assigned locker number is additionally stored to the postal matter information. Recognizing a password received from a window system manager or a dedicated card through a touch screen or a card reader, delivery information of the stored postal matter is output to a screen monitor. After passing a payment processing device(14) and a print output device(17), a window requesting a sign or a fingerprint of the customer is output. A hardware controller(13) receiving the fingerprint of the customer allows the customer to receive the postal matter by opening a door of the locker.
